Women’s Day Special in Chandigarh: Every year, International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8th. On this occasion, a special event will be organized for women in Chandigarh. The Run Club of Chandigarh has been spreading the word about women’s fitness on Women’s Day for the past seven years. At the same time, fifty women in Sector 17 have started preparations for Women’s Day by doing Zumba dance in red sarees this year.

This year, on the occasion of Women’s Day on March 8, the women of Chandigarh are going to celebrate with great pomp and show with a new thinking like every year. Women are feeling enthusiastic even before Women’s Day.
For the first time, 50 women wearing sarees and doing Zumba dance gave a message to all the women of the city to stay fit. Let us tell you that this program was organized by The Run Club. This club has been focused on women’s fitness for the past seven years.
What is the speciality of Zumba dance?
Run Club founder Pavila Bali said that Zumba is a physical activity that can help reduce your weight. Zumba is the most fun exercise which helps in losing weight. Therefore, this time our effort is that the women who can be a part of this event and those who cannot be a part of it should also pay attention to body fitness and create a healthy India. If a housewife pays attention to her fitness then the whole family remains healthy.
According to her, to spread the message of fitness among women, 330 women will run wearing red sarees on March 8th as part of Women’s Day. This event will start from Chandigarh Club at 5:30 am and will continue until the High Court.
